This is first and foremost a problem on the internet and in the USA, in Sweden the legislation is good.
I think that TMSO(towards minor sex offense) is a completely human mistake.
I have personally witnessed this back in Gymnasium, lots of boys messed up by sharing pictures of boys under 18, either somewhat lower or sometimes worse.
It wasn't just boys that did it either, girls would share pictures of under-18s as well.
I've read the statistics on this subject, I know it's a growing problem, not a shrinking problem.
What makes humans humans is our curiosity, and so at any age.
It isn't just balding older men who are TMSOs like the mainstream news would make you think.
Plenty of young women and men are as well.
This hysteria has gotten worse these last few years. Regardless of your definition of TMSO the punishment for each TMSO must be figured out case-to-case for proportionality.
Really I feel like this hysteria around TMSOs are fueled by the aesthetics of it.
I see that ugly older men who are TMSO are punished much more harshly by society for the same crime.
Further this emphasis on aesthetics is fueled by swedish laws, did you know that in Sweden child porn is defined by pre-pubertal morphology not age?
That's absurd.
When a person below 18 is in a video of sexual nature that is child porn if you ask me.
How society punishes sex crime towards minor has become so contextual.
if late teenage boys/girls bully some minor over some dickpic they've sent it becomes nothing.
If a ugly older man does the same crime society goes apesh*t on them and bullies/isolates them until they kill themselves.
Swedens has an extreme bullying problem, punishment has less to do with any crime and just poularity/status.
Swedes are a godless people.

In Sweden once you get over a certain testosterone/body hair threshold people treat you like a subhumam, so it's quite linked to lookism.
If you are lonely and ugly and TMSO people will bully you until death, if you are popular, young, pretty and TMSO people will act like it didn't happen.
I of course think sex offenders deserve a punishment, but indefinite unrecognition from public? That will kill a human being.
If you survive indefinite public unrecognition you are a beast.
Of course it isn't illegal to ghost people for being lonely/weird/ugly, but it's cruel and meaningless.
Sex offenders deserve a *publicly recognized* punishment, total isolation will kill.
I feel like the public disrespects the social protocol when it comes to sex offender too often.
Totally isolating people isn't good, that's not something a healthy person survives.
The last 8 years have been a massive dissapointment, everything was supposed to become cool and everything became sh*t.

Today Im going to start talking about the subject of towards-minors-sex-offenders(TMSO) on my channel, unless you've been living under a rock for the past 7 years you know that this is a very hot topic, and people are hysterical saying all kinds of absurd harsh treatments are "necessary" while it isn't the case. Towards-minor-sex-offenders, TMSOs, are perfectly capable of being integrated into society, they do not need to be kept out of society out of necessity like murderers, I do not understand why people think this. At most they can't take jobs where they work with minors, and even that could be discussed since again, they aren't murderers, they aren't as dangerous as the media makes people think, further it's under-reported because of the stigma around the subject, stay rational, don't become superficial. TMSOs aren't just 40 year olds with thinning hair, they are also impulsive teenage boys and girls. Some even argue TMSOs can't be on the internet, they totally can.
Society is first for adults, second for children, wake up people.
Everyone could be a TMSO, no big deal, but if everyone was a murderer society would collapse.
First I want society to accept TMSO in jobs without minors, but the rationalist in me want TMSOs to also be accepted in jobs with minors eventually. People are completely irrational and hysterical it's absurd. my ultimate goal 100% proportionality, no irrational punishment, get rid of hysterical dogma.
Minor TMSO incidents are super common.

Actually I just saw it on a persons phone, I didn't have it on my phone, think that makes me not TMSO.
Also I didn't even know he was somewhat below 18 when that happend so yeah Im cool.
Im not even mild TMSO, no incidents.
